If you have benefited from CAS instruction in the past, we are pleased to offer Open Studio for ceramics students looking to deepen their craft independently. We ask that all those enjoying this class have taken a class before to assure familiarity with the program.

Participants will each start with one box (50 lbs) of clay to utilize over three weeks and may work on the wheel or at the table during CAS open hours (Fridays and Saturdays 11 AM–5 PM, Sundays 11 AM–3 PM). The firings will be facilitated by Gallery Manager Lizzie Wright.

Maximum capacity is 8 students, and on a first come, first served basis. The cost of the clay, glazes, and firings are included in the class fee. Student fee: $300.

November 6, 2026 - Sunday, November 22, 2026 - studio time with clay

November 23 - 29 - studio closed for drying time and bisque firing

December 4 - 6 - glazing time
